These Terms govern your use of the 3patt platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets or wagers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 3patt platform. Age verification may be required.
Each user may hold only one 3patt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts.
All deposits, bets, and withdrawals on 3patt are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion applies to standard transactions.
All 3patt games operate on certified RNG systems or live dealer environments independently audited for fairness and integrity.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 3patt ("3patt", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3patt website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at 3patt.app (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the 3patt Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 3patt Platform.
1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using the 3patt Platform in any capacity, you agree to these Terms, together with any policies incorporated herein by reference including the 3patt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the 3patt Platform, including visitors, registered members, depositing players, and any individual accessing the Platform from any device or location.
1.3 3patt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 3patt Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 3patt or to place any bet or wager on the Platform. Registration by persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. 3patt takes underage gambling seriously and may require documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 3patt Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in your jurisdiction. 3patt does not represent or warrant that the services offered are legal or available in your location. By using the 3patt Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to open a 3patt account or participate in any games or betting markets: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons who are prohibited by applicable law from participating in online gambling; (c) employees of 3patt or its related entities; (d) individuals who have self-excluded from the 3patt Platform.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual user may open only one (1) account on the 3patt Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose – including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions – is strictly prohibited. 3patt reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending review.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patt account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 3patt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify 3patt immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Verification. 3patt reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (including but not limited to a CNIC, passport, or proof of address) at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 3patt accepts PKR deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the 3patt Cashier.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally credited to your 3patt account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank and transaction volume.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by 3patt within a standard processing window. The time for funds to reach your nominated payment method will depend on the method selected. 3patt reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals will generally be returned via the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. 3patt reserves the right to apply alternative withdrawal routing at its discretion.
4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may not make deposits from accounts or payment methods registered in another person's name. 3patt will only process withdrawals to accounts held in your own name.
5.1 3patt may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, or other incentives to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 3patt account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's Terms.
5.3 3patt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or promotional offer at any time. In the event of any discrepancy between promotional material and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times or engaging in low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and/or account suspension.
6.1 All bets placed on the 3patt Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. Applicable rules are published within each betting and gaming section of the Platform.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. 3patt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including in cases of system error, incorrect odds publication, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets placed on the 3patt Platform and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided by 3patt in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, technical errors resulting in incorrect odds, or where 3patt has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patt Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 3patt Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 3patt content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 3patt does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, maintenance, or downtime.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3patt's liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 Your use of the 3patt Platform is also governed by the 3patt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 3patt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective from the date of publication on this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated to registered users via the contact details associated with their 3patt account.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 3patt's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
13.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, where such rights apply.
